VICTORIAN TERRACE CONVERSION, DALSTON

NEW BUILD RESIDENTIAL, LONDON

The project is a new build house at the end of a terrace in North West London.

The house is two stories high with large window openings and balconies.

Public House developed a clear, simple structural strategy with a central steel beam and long-span timber hybrid posi-joists enabled this architectural flexibility as well as maximising floor-ceiling height, with services coordinated through the posi-joists.
